Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your Dulce Jewellery item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange an exchange or refund. To qualify:
- Notify us immediately: Contact our customer service team via phone or email within 2 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused state (no scratches, marks, alterations, or resizing) with all original packaging and materials.
INSPECTION & RESOLUTION
- All returns are inspected upon receipt. If the damage/defect is confirmed, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
- If the item shows signs of misuse, modification, or does not meet the above conditions, we will return it to you at your expense.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be exchanged or refunded,
- Items altered, resized, or modified after delivery.
- Products abused or used improperly.
- Custom-made or personalized orders (e.g., engraved items, special sizing).
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and received by us within 14 days of your notification.
- We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to damage or defects (e.g., change of mind, sizing preferences).
DISPUTES
If any disagreements or disputes arise, Dulce Jewellery reserve the right to make the final decision.
